Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement
1 – Parties:
Antalya Doğan Transfer Tourism Elak Construction Food Trade and Industry Limited Company, hereinafter referred to as “vip transfer antalya.”
The individual named in the reservation and/or the persons represented by said individual shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Consumer” or “Customer.”
2 – Subject:
This agreement is made between the Consumer and vip transfer antalya. It governs the services listed on vip transfer antalya’s website, which may be purchased by phone or electronically. The agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties.
With this agreement, the parties agree on the provision of transfer services, either from a predetermined address or hotel to the airport, or vice versa, with payment to be made in accordance with the terms below.
3 – Service and Payment Details:

The contractual amount is the price stated in the reservation confirmation.

In private transfer services, requests for locations other than the specified route are included in the price only if on the route and without waiting. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged per stop and paid on-site.

vip transfer antalya reserves the right to change the vehicle without additional charges and without notifying the consumer. If the customer does not accept the change, they may cancel and receive a full refund. No compensation shall be due in such cases.

The consumer authorizes vip transfer antalya to collect the service fee using the credit card information entered during booking. vip transfer antalya uses a 3D Security-encrypted system and is not liable for misuse of card details.

Invoices will be issued within 7 days from the purchase date, provided it does not span into a new month, in compliance with Turkish tax laws.

4 – Vehicle Type: As chosen by the customer:

VIP Vehicle (Vito / Caravelle)

5 – Payment Methods:

Cash (payment to the driver)

Bank Transfer / EFT

Credit Card (online payment via website)
6 – Number of Passengers: The customer is responsible for specifying the number of passengers.
7 – General Provisions:

Seat belts must be worn by all passengers in accordance with traffic laws.

Even if the consumer has not physically signed the agreement, accepting service by card implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms herein.

Reservations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the service. For national holidays, New Year’s, or official holidays, at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance for a refund.

vip transfer antalya reserves the exclusive right to determine the route based on traffic, road conditions, etc.

Customers may not alter the route for standard transfer services. Stops or delays not part of the original route will not be permitted.

The vehicle provided will match the passenger and luggage details provided during booking. Overloading is not allowed.

All vehicles will be fully insured and maintained, equipped with safety gear such as spare tires, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and reflectors.

vip transfer antalya is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by accidents or other incidents during service.

Customers must present ID or reservation confirmation upon pick-up. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund.

In case of flight delays or cancellations, the customer must inform vip transfer antalya via phone or email. For delays over 3 hours, vip transfer antalya may adjust service without notice. Cancellations due to flight issues must be reported via email for a full refund within 7 days.

Customers are responsible for their luggage. Lost or forgotten items are not the responsibility of vip transfer antalya, though items may be returned for a fee within Antalya.

Items such as sacks, crates, or dangerous goods that may damage the vehicle will not be transported. Each passenger may carry up to 20 kg of luggage.

Customers must declare if they are carrying prohibited items. If discovered, the luggage will be refused, and no refund will be issued. Any illegal item will be reported to authorities.

Pet transport must be declared in advance. No transport without an accompanying adult. Pets must be in cages and will travel in designated areas of the vehicle. Illegal animal transport is strictly prohibited.

vip transfer antalya will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If the vehicle is delayed beyond this, the customer may cancel with a full refund. However, delays caused by external issues such as gated communities are not the company's responsibility.

Customers must be ready at the pick-up location with luggage. If not present, the driver will wait 15 minutes before leaving. No refund will be provided.

Staff are not required to carry luggage or accompany customers to/from the vehicle.

Children under 12 will not be transported without an accompanying adult.

If return service for an accompanying adult is required, it must be purchased online.

Customers must notify vip transfer antalya if a wheelchair or baby seat is needed at the time of booking.

In the event of force majeure (weather, breakdowns, health issues, etc.), resulting in missed flights, vip transfer antalya is only responsible for refunding the prepaid service fee. No compensation for flights or other damages is owed.

Customers who cancel mid-transfer will not be returned to the pick-up point and will not receive a refund.

If a customer wishes to return to the starting point due to forgotten items, vip transfer antalya is not obligated to comply. If done, it is at their discretion and no liability is assumed.

In case of medical emergencies, staff must transfer the affected individual or animal to the nearest medical facility. Customer preferences do not override this.

Upon service completion, customers must sign a confirmation document. Invoices will be sent upon request.
8 – Force Majeure:
In the event of natural disasters, adverse weather, civil unrest, strikes, wars, and other circumstances beyond the control of either party, this agreement will be suspended until the situation resolves. No termination or compensation rights will arise from such delays.
9 – Cancellation Terms and Other Provisions:
Promotional bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable. Past reservation times are not eligible for cancellation or refund through vip transfer antalya or banks.
10 – Jurisdiction:
In the event of disputes, Turkish Law shall apply and Antalya courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction.
11 – Enforcement:
Even if not signed by all passengers, acceptance of service by a third party on their behalf constitutes acceptance of this agreement. Prepared in two copies, this contract shall be subject to Turkish Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 and other relevant laws. The customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this contract and received a copy.
